Ingredients
  

  • 4 Pieces Raw Bone-In Lamb Chops Butcher Store/shop bought
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 large Sweet potatoe
  • 1 tsp Butter Unsalted
  • Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 2 Sprig Rosemary

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Parsely
  • 1 Shallot Diced
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cube Maggie chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chili Oil
  • Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions
 

  • Wash the bone-out lamb chops with salt and warm water
  • Lay it down to dry out for 5-10 minutes
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper, then leave to marinate for about 5-10 minutes
  • Switch on your pan and leave to heat on medium heat for 5 minutes
  • Put olive oil in the pan till to fill a quarter of the pan
  • Lamb chops should follow after 2 minutes
  • Flip each side of the Lamb chops continuously after 1 and A half minutes Interval to cook well
  • Once golden brown add in unsalted butter to the pan

  • Add in the rosemary and garlic spices
  • Once the butter is melted you can start Batsting the lamb chops for 3-5 minutes ( both sides)
  • Once well cooked transfer to chopping Board

Chimichurri sauce

  • In A bowl combine all the Chimichurri sauce ingredients and Mix well
