Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Chopping Board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Frying spoon
- 1 Mini Whisk
- 1 Spoon
Ingredients
- 4 Pieces Raw Bone-In Lamb Chops Butcher Store/shop bought
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 large Sweet potatoe
- 1 tsp Butter Unsalted
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 2 Sprig Rosemary
Chimichurri Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Parsely
- 1 Shallot Diced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cube Maggie chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chili Oil
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Instructions
- Wash the bone-out lamb chops with salt and warm water
- Lay it down to dry out for 5-10 minutes
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper, then leave to marinate for about 5-10 minutes
- Switch on your pan and leave to heat on medium heat for 5 minutes
- Put olive oil in the pan till to fill a quarter of the pan
- Lamb chops should follow after 2 minutes
- Flip each side of the Lamb chops continuously after 1 and A half minutes Interval to cook well
- Once golden brown add in unsalted butter to the pan
- Add in the rosemary and garlic spices
- Once the butter is melted you can start Batsting the lamb chops for 3-5 minutes ( both sides)
- Once well cooked transfer to chopping Board
Chimichurri sauce
- In A bowl combine all the Chimichurri sauce ingredients and Mix well
- Apply Chimichurri sauce on Prepared Lamb Chops
