- 4 Pieces Raw Bone-In Lamb Chops Butcher Store/shop bought
- 1/4 tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper
- 2 large Sweet potatoe
- 1 tsp Butter Unsalted
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 2 Sprig Rosemary
Chimichurri Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Parsely
- 1 Shallot Diced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cube Maggie chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp Chili Oil
- Olive Oil Extra Virgin
Wash the bone-out lamb chops with salt and warm water
Lay it down to dry out for 5-10 minutes
Sprinkle salt and black pepper, then leave to marinate for about 5-10 minutes
Switch on your pan and leave to heat on medium heat for 5 minutes
Put olive oil in the pan till to fill a quarter of the pan
Lamb chops should follow after 2 minutes
Flip each side of the Lamb chops continuously after 1 and A half minutes Interval to cook well
Once golden brown add in unsalted butter to the pan
Add in the rosemary and garlic spices
Once the butter is melted you can start Batsting the lamb chops for 3-5 minutes ( both sides)
Once well cooked transfer to chopping Board
Chimichurri sauce
In A bowl combine all the Chimichurri sauce ingredients and Mix well
Apply Chimichurri sauce on Prepared Lamb Chops
You are now ready to serve Lamb Chops Alone or With Any preferred sides ( Healthy Options include - Steamed Brocolli , Mashed Sweet Potatoe or Keto Rice )
