80/20 Green Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie has an 80% greens and 20% fruit mix, maximizing the full benefits of plant nutrients and vitamins while balancing the flavor of fruits and natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Handful Spinach
  • 1 handful Kale
  • 1/2 Handful Celery
  • 1 large Apple
  • 2 Banana
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds/chai seeds optional but recommended
  • 1 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 2 Dates

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the Greens and Fruits Properly. Chop the Fruits
  • Put Greens, Chopped Fruits , and Dates inside the Blender. Pour in the liquid base ( Water or Coconut Water) and add The Flaxseeds
  • Blend Ingredients until Smooth ( You can add more liquid base, depending on your consistency)
  • Pour into 1 litre Glass bottle and store in fridge for 1-2 days. Drink at least 500ml with your daily 2 liters of water.
