Apple

Cucumber

Spinach

Ginger

Water
or Coconut Water
Instructions
Wash all the greens, fruits. Peel the ginger
Put all the ingredients in a Blender or Juicer
Blend until smooth ( Add liquid base if you want a thinner consistency)
Put in your 1 liter Glass Bottle and drink at least 500ml of the green smoothie with your daily 2 liters of Water
