Apple Cucumber Detox Green Smoothie

This green smoothie has a good blend of natural sweetness with a nice kick from ginger and lemon!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small Ginger
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the greens, fruits. Peel the ginger
  • Put all the ingredients in a Blender or Juicer
  • Blend until smooth ( Add liquid base if you want a thinner consistency)
  • Put in your 1 liter Glass Bottle and drink at least 500ml of the green smoothie with your daily 2 liters of Water
