Bone Broth Pepper Soup
This quick and easy bone broth soup is warm, spicy and saves dinner on the days you want something gut friendly ,comforting and delicious!

- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 Bell pepper
- 3 cubes Maggi or Chicken Seasoning Cubes
- Sweet potato / Potato / Ramen noodles / Carrots optional
- 1 handful Spinach optional
- 3 Scotch Bonnet reduce or add based on spice tolerance
- 3 cups Water
- 1 portion Protein of your choice
- 1 cup Bone Broth Store bought or Home made
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1½ tsp Thyme
- 1½ tsp Curry
- 1 Onions
- 1½ tsp Garlic powder
- 1½ tsp Ginger powder
Blend the Habenero pepper, bell pepper, and onions together.
In a pot, add your choice of protein, spices
Add the blended pepper mixture and chosen vegetables ( Add in potato, sweet potato, ramen noodles , carrots or spinach )
Let everything steam for 2 minutes.
Add in water , bone Broth, and oil
Allow this to cook for 20 minutes or until the protein is well cooked
Serve hot.
