Glow-Up Strawberry Green Smoothie- A Hailey Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie ‘Dupe’

This Recipe is filled with the balanced amount of vitamins , antioxidants, and healthy fats for a delicious twist ,skin glow, hydration and good digestion for an effective detox!

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer ( or Blender )
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Chopping Board
  • 1 Glass Bottle 1 liter / 2 500ml Glass bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Handful Frozen Strawberries ( freeze at home`)
  • 2 Banana
  • 1 1/2 Handful Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds or Chai Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Collagen Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Water or coconut water
  • 1/2 Cup Tiger-nut Milk optional base ( use if you put 1/2 of water)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Ingredients ( This is best with frozen strawberries)
  • Add the Frozen Strawberries, Banana, Spinach , Chia seeds/Flax seeds and Collagen Powder into your Blender or Juicer
  • Pour in Liquids : If water alone add in 2 cups ; If water and Coconut water add in 1 cup of each ; If tiger nut and water( of any choice) add in 1 cup of each
  • Blend all Ingredients together until Smooth, you can add more water for a thinner consistency or reduce it for a thicker consistency!
  • When done Pour it into your 1l glass bottle And store it for 1-2 days
  • Drink at least 500ml of this smoothie a day, alongside your 2 liters of water
